Mark and Mary Anne Fleisher asked me to write this letter of reference concerning my experience with advertising and working with Mark and Mary Anne’s company including the video screens at Weis Markets. Over the 30+ years I have been in business it has often been difficult if not impossible to determine what advertising is working and what is not. However, there is the strong appearance that the advertising I have been doing on the video screens at Weis Markets has significantly boosted my business.

The first quarter of this year, business was very slow as it was for many retailers in my market segment. I was unsure of what to do when Mark convinced me it would be worth a try advertising in Weis Markets. Call it coincidence if you like but almost immediately I saw a big increase in traffic in my store resulting in a significant lift in sales while most of my competitors are still struggling.

I sincerely believe advertising on the screens at Weis Markets has been a major reason my business has done so well in recent months and have agreed to continue advertising on the Weis screens for an additional three months. Should I continue to see this kind of success in my business I may consider making a long term advertising commitment on the Weis video screens.
